To integrate Zoho CRM in the auto dialer, Go to CRM settings, choose Zoho and Just click setup
To integrate Zoho CRMPLUS in the auto dialer, Go to CRM settings, choose Zoho and need to save your “Zoho Portal name” and Org id into the extension as shown in figure.
These values help to search contacts and Leads in both Zoho CRM and CRMPLUS and are not stored anywhere in the server.
